“My First Memory of Dance” is a short film produced by Heritage Works, Eat Rice Studio, and Marco Orozco in Detroit.
As a visual development intern, I was responsible for style frames, character design, backgrounds, and assets such as promotional material, patterns, and credits icons.
Based on the prompt “no light without darkness”, my team and I developed this film for CCS’s 48 Hour Challenge. A panel of industry professionals awarded us 2nd place.
Responsibilities included: concept development, storyboards, character design, color design, animation (roughs, cleans, and color), and credits.
